Finding a Doctor

ProjectAWARE provides two doctor referral lists.

  1. The Recommended Providers list contains the names of healthcare providers—MDs, nurse practitioners, naturopaths, midwives, and others— who have been recommended to us by their patients.
  2. The Additional Providers list accommodates other open-minded professionals who are willing to listen to and work with the patient regarding the full spectrum of healthcare options available today.

If your healthcare provider treats individuals as individuals, listens, and has an open mind to all the options including natural hormones, you may recommend him/her by completing this form. Please include any comments you'd like to add about what you feel makes this person an outstanding health professional.

If you would like to recommend yourself to be added to the Additional Providers list, please complete and submit the form.

QUESTIONS TO HELP CHOOSE A DOCTOR

We've compiled a list of possible questions to assist you in your search for a doctor. How you use this list depends, among other things, on whether you live in an area where there is an abundance of doctors (more choices) or whether you are on a managed healthcare plan (limited choices).
