Provider lists, you are unable to find a doctor in your area, we suggest
that Compounding Pharmacies are often an excellent resource. Our pharmacy

The Patient Preferred Providers
list contains the names of healthcare providers—MDs, nurse practitioners,
naturopaths, midwives, and others— who have been recommended to
us by their patients.
If your healthcare provider treats individuals as individuals, listens,
and has an open mind to all the options including natural hormones,
you may recommend him/her by completing
this form. Please include any comments you'd like to add about what
you feel makes this person an outstanding health professional.
The Self Recommended Providers
list accommodates other open-minded professionals who are willing to
listen to and work with the
patient regarding the full spectrum of healthcare options available
today. If you would like to recommend yourself to be added to the Additional
Providers list, please complete and submit the form.
